  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM, AND TO?
    I ship worldwide from the UK, using Royal Mail.

  • WHAT IS YOUR DISPATCH TIME?
    My orders usually ship out within 2-5 days from purchase; I juggle between my freelance and part-time jobs, so I do my post office runs once weekly, usually on Mon, Wed or Thu. Your patience is highly appreciated 🙏🏼

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Yes - you may select 1st Class Signed (UK) or International Tracked (Worldwide) for a higher shipping fee. Delivery times are detailed at checkout.
    Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply; check with your local postal service for more details.

  • I MADE A MISTAKE! CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    In most cases, yes! Drop me an email or use the contact form within 24 hours of your purchase and I'll fix it for you.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Yes, but please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. You may do so by using the contact form or email. If you miss this 24-hour window, it's likely that your order has already been processed. Get in touch either way ASAP and we'll figure something out together.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
    Due to the nature of my products ranging from handmade items to pre-orders, I do not accept returns or exchanges, nor deal with buyer's remorse. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order and we'll work it out.

PRINTFUL PRODUCTS

  • WHAT IS PRINTFUL?
    Printful is a print-on-demand company that makes some of the apparel you see in my store (excluding pre-orders or unless stated). This means that the products are made-to-order and will take a little longer than usual to arrive at your doorstep.

  • WHY PRINTFUL?
    Printing on demand means I don't have to invest a large capital to get apparel made, and it also reduces the chances of me getting stuck with deadstock.
  • WHERE DO THEY SHIP FROM, AND TO?
    They ship worldwide via DPD, DHL, FedEx, and Asendia.
    Depending on your location, your order will be fulfilled by and shipped from their fulfilment centre closest to you - they currently have warehouses in the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe.
  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Yes - it will be included in your dispatch email.
  • WHAT IS THEIR RETURNS POLICY?
    They do not cover returns due to buyer's remorse, nor items being lost in transit due to wrong shipping information provided, so please make sure your address is entered correctly. In the case of an invalid address, it will be returned to the fulfilment centre and I can arrange a reshipment to the correct address for an additional shipping fee to be covered by yourself. I will be notified by them and I will get in touch with you if I haven't heard from you at this point.
